Many individuals in leadership roles  have recognised how helpful it is to be supported by a coach, to periodically stop and reflect, to ask themselves questions that no one else asks or dares to ask. Humans are communicative beings. We are dependent on dialogue.

 

«To whom much is given, much will be required» as the saying goes. Leaders are expected to follow goals with purpose.  To empower people. To recognise connections. Develop perspectives. Those who see themselves as a boss dislike having doubts. Leaders welcome doubts and walk right through them. This enables them to provide others with orientation — a huge challenge in an increasingly disoriented world.

Leaders enjoy being on the road with a coach. It alllows them to become coaches themselves. And helps them to know that they will be  successful if they make their employees and partners successful.

 

We at «Winds of Change» offer leaders reflection and resilience coaching in one — with our «Coaching by Walking» sessions. They can move through the forest with the sparring partner of their choice in a way which is healthy, synergistic and holistic.

 

If the forest is not your favourite place, we can of course also work with you elsewhere, where we can explore topics such as communication, issue management, resilience and stress management.
